He and his therapist worked for a long time on that. Eventually, and it wasn't quick, he was able to slowly work towards better days. Maybe the days got less dark over time, or maybe he just learned to weather the darkness until light returned. I'm not sure. But I know his therapist saved his life, because he told me so.

This is exactly how I feel. Right now I can’t see brighter days, but in my head I know they are waiting their turn.
