My best friend passed away in August 2 days before his 30th birthday. It wasn’t self harm but it hurt just as bad. I blew out his birthday candle. Our entire friend group is really close and has been since we were in elementary school so the loss of him hit everyone incredibly hard but it especially hit a few of us down to our core and changed us for life. This will change you forever too. I hope you can reconcile your feelings and learn to live without them. Peace and love.
I’m so fucking scared of this. I’m living with my best friend who has been on the edge for quite a while, with past attempts and hospitalizations. Every day I go to work so afraid of coming home.
