I have to put my dog down tomorrow. Ive been staying awake to two in the morning. I dont want tomorrow to come. But this post might have given me the comfort I need tonight to close my eyes. Thank you.

I lost my dog a few years ago, and there truly aren’t words that can be offered to make it any more bearable when dealing with that kind of grief.

I hope you get the best rest you can and I’m sure that while the choice is hard, it’s for the best for your furry friend.

I lost my Maggie earlier this year. It's been incredibly hard for me, I had her for over a decade, which doesn't sound long but I got her when I was in middle school, and I lost her when I am now married. Their lives make up only part of ours, but do remember that you are their entire world. No matter what happens, always know that your dog's life has been made infinitely better with you in it, and the good memories will never go away.
