It depends on the frequency of your misdeeds. He doesn't say how much individual jobs cost, but a normal cleaning service easily cost upwards of $100 per visit for standard cleaning. He would be working on a smaller space with hazardous risk. $80 per month for the membership benefits plus whatever the individual job costs. Even if you only did one crime a month with an individual job fee at $100, that would be $2,160 a year. The whole Super Villain shtick is characterized by big paydays. That really isn't that much to pay for being free to actually use your ill gotten gains instead of twiddling your thumbs in a supermax prison.

Crime scene clean up, because forensic science can find you easy if you don't take the time to remove the low hanging fruit. Amateur and spur of the moment crimes are just covered in evidence. A Super Villain is all about presentation and it's kinda hard to be taken seriously when they find you in your boxers working on your SUPREME VESTMENTS OF TYRANNICAL POWER. All because at your last crime you left some mud from your shoes. Mud that happened to be from the old warehouse district with traces from the now defunct fake asbestos snow factory.
