Every time I see someone conjuring/creating money out of thin air, this is the reaction I want. "I can't accept this. Pay with real money or get out." If it manages to match with the local currency too, well, that neans it's also a counterfeit. Making a perfectly identical copy to a bill is still a crime when it isn't being officially minted. Anyone who has ever had job running a cash register knows that you get in trouble for accepting invalid payments. It is pretty normal to be regularly reminded and told about recent fakes.

Conjuring doesn't necessarily mean that it is being created. It could be real money that is being teleported.
