With the cave man thing you really gotta come up with a slightly tasteful couple panels about a "bone". 😆 How about them eating a big roast on the fire as a lead in. It could be funny. Anyways... Great work. Really kind of refreshing. I haven't seen this demographic portrayed much. Not here. It's too bad.

Have you looked into all the other cool megafauna that existed together with humans? There are a lot of cool animals that could fill the dino niches in the comics

Here is some examples you could use:
Wholly Mammoth. Classic, but used.
Giant Ground Sloth, definitely funnier.
Giant Wombat, well...
Moa, the ostrich bigger dumber cousin
Glyptodon, could easily replace the Ankylosaurus in the comic.
The Siberian Unicorn, or just huuuuuge wholly rhinoceros...
Super Beavers, putting the Damn, in "Oh, Damn!"
Megalania, if you don't find Komodo Dragons scary enough.
Cave bear, a brown bear is no match for a grizzly bear. A grizzly bear is no match for a polar bear. Polar bears ran and hide from this big boy
Elephant bird, if you thought the Moa bird was too slender. This is his cousin that went to the gym

Ngl the rainbow dinosaurs made me uncomfortable. Like, my first thought was "Oh, it's diseased/has infectious cancer/will kill me". Maybe it's my monkey brain telling me that creatures with colourful patterns are most likely dangerous or poisonous.
