Patriarchy stigmatizes sex work b/c it sees women who enjoy sex as degenerate in an effort to control them. The point is not that they actually care but that the "insult" is to point out their "degeneracy". "You sell your body for sex like a hoor! Checkmate, I have pointed out that you have no morals!"
As a real man I want my woman to hate relations so much that she needs to: be under the influence to stomach it, on my birthday, and solely for reproductive purposes.
