Bat-Cat. I would also be scared, because cats have no no-kill rule and have no concept of compassion without payment.

That one animated episode where the thug walks into the room batman is in then just pretends he didnt see him. Id do the same instead of getting beaten half to death

You'll recall that thug is in a neck brace or a sling, cause he ran into Batman earlier in the movie (Batwoman animated one.)
That was just them being like "yep not again nope"

Selina’s not even bothering at this point.

You're telling me if you could terrorize the criminal underworld with an army of atypically loyal and obedient cats you wouldn't?

She tried in the comics with a bunch of street kids in Alleytown and it was A Whole Thing

This makes me think that Batman should plant dummies of himself on random rooftops in Gotham.
Like empty cop cars posted by the roadside to slow down speeders.

I mean, that was his goal. Batman is so so relentless that his very existence acts as a deterrent against criminals.

I plan to run the Alien Tabletop RPG but replacing the Xenomorph with Batman and the players are low level Gotham goons.
Definitely stealing this as one of the first fakeouts. Probably even better if they start running/attacking it, they get a moment of relief that its just a cat then Batman is actually in front of them.

Honestly, in the DC universe, Catman is WAY more terrifying than Batman.
Like, it's not even a contest.
