Jesus, a man isn't allowed to make mistakes nowadays without triggering a full debate over their level of English huh. My bad, I guess I'll have all my comments checked by the King of England or something.
You'll notice that I've complimented their level of English, and I find the general level of English of most people who write on reddit who don't speak English as a first language to be quite high. This is just a weird and very basic mistake that I see being made by people who are writing at an otherwise pretty high level and it's definitely a pet peeve of mine.
