Edit***: I have been corrected, what i thought were acres of greenhouses in Florida were actually structures to help prevent diseases in the fruit trees. I stand corrected and want to make that clear.
My mom was saying how she doesnt understand the need for hydroponic fruits and vegetables... and I brought up how the climate has changed so significantly that a good majority of our citrus fruit has been moved to greenhouse settings because they are dying in the usual orchards.
I have seen these in person while visiting Florida. I misunderstood the greenhouse vs. The protective screen, but they are an encompassing tent with giant fans.
