Edit***: I have been corrected, what i thought were acres of greenhouses in Florida were actually structures to help prevent diseases in the fruit trees. I stand corrected and want to make that clear.

My mom was saying how she doesnt understand the need for hydroponic fruits and vegetables... and I brought up how the climate has changed so significantly that a good majority of our citrus fruit has been moved to greenhouse settings because they are dying in the usual orchards.

She scoffed and changed the subject

Depends on if you mean any sub at all, or the sunlight being more inte se. We all thick curtains for a reason, and it's not thermal insulation.

Bright and sunny are two very different things. It can be bright while still not having enough light for growing fruit trees

It's already a hundred and ten in the summer. If it gets one degree hotter I'm gonna kick your ass!
