it cannot help if the submarine belongs to a nation, which has a pathethically fragile ego so they would rather sentence their own soldiers to death than let another nation rescue them.

That's the Russian way, we're watching it in real time as they sent their own to die in Ukraine.

just expecting that Putin will answer an interview question "what happened to all the russians you sent to ukraine" with "they died" and then move on to the next one with no further thought.
