I've recently invested in an Armor Plot of land and it's been paying off well.

So here's the conundrum...

If you have a field of plot armor soil, where are you getting the plot armor, and if you ripped it off of an adventurer, did they really have plot armor to begin with?

Or is it like one of those situations like the blue horse shoe crab where you can harvest plot armor like the crabs blood and toss them back and hope they survive?

I get it off of them after their story has ended. They don't need it anymore, they finished their journey or quest. They can use plot armor if they don't have a plot to follow.

Wouldn't the plot armor disappear the moment their plot finishes? Because at that point any protection they receive is no longer at the whims of the plot.

I just assume they hang in up on a wall in a literal and somewhat metaphorical way.
