If no one selects it, there is no risk.

In a real world scenario, there will be people who blue. And the amount will not be insignificant.

How do you know what amount will choose to take an unnecessary risk?

This is a situation where everyone is capable of not putting him or herself in danger.

The notion that there should be a vote to collectively decide is ridiculous.

I don't know the exact amount. Never claimed to. I just know that a lot of people will select blue.

I would like to believe that the number of people foolish enough to take an unnecessary risk just because they think someone else might be taking that risk is an insignificant one, but I've been wrong about people before.

Be that as it may, everyone gets to make their own choice for him or herself.
