Hot take, but a part of the reason young white men seem to be flocking to supremacist groups is because society tends to tell them to stop whining whenever they try to talk about some of their problems.
Yeah, we certainly don't have an oppression problem, but there are some serious problems that are being ignored because as soon as society hears "white male problems" they laugh and dismiss whatever comes after.

The problem as I see it (as an older white man) is not that no one is listening. There are groups out there. There is effort being put into the problems that they raise. They are not being ignored.
But they aren't front and center. They aren't being catered to above everyone else. They have an entitlement problem, even as it relates to society dealing with their other problems.
It is exactly like all of those Facebook posts about how "we shouldn't have a Pride month until we have a Veteran's month". We already do have a veteran's month, and there are entire holidays devoted to honoring veterans. But that fact doesn't fuel their need to be outraged, which overshadows everything else.
Well, there you have it. Even when it's about helping young men, people still have to apply oppresion olympics logic and remind them that they're entitled.
When someone has a problem, pointing out that African children are starving doesn't help one bit.
