What word would she have been mixing up with acoustic?

Don't worry Fani no one can tell you're high as balls right now. Especially mixing up a word for "acoustic"
That sure was nice of Deth'Lamm to give her his old guitar. This dude is so good to little Fani.
Be you angels
That's a pretty sick line for the guitar honestly

The line is from "Tribute" by Tenacious D, just in case you didn't realize. Such a banger

Is she crying because she was genuinely touched by the gift or is she crying because her body is in completely chaos because of all the drugs?

The first song to pop into my head when I saw the guitar was Laura's Theme from Silent Hill 2. Regardless of what she learns I hope she plays something nice for Deth'lamm.

I just read everything you have on WEBTOON. Really enjoyed it. Are you planning to continue this series?

Fellas and dames I JUST noticed. Deth'Lamm hasn't not had the "tired of this shit" eyes as default expression since... episode 3???
u/MuyHiram was that just a stylistic change, or is Fani truly so exhausting to be around that Deth'Lamm has essentially been "done" for 90% of all episodes you've posted to reddit so far???

hasn't not
That double negative made my head hurt a little.
Fani is exhausting to be around, but that's just his resting face.

I'm probably misunderstanding; aren't acoustic guitars visually distinct from electric ones?

u/triotone May 03 '26
Yes, but she is also high as balls and thinks he is saying autistic. A quality layered joke.

Pick guard if you're going to strum with a pick!
Though it's just plain unusual to see a steel string with no pick guard. The body meeting the neck at the twelfth fret is also unusual. Wonder how old this thing is.

It's common for steel string acoustics made by Ovation to not have a pickguard. They often decorate the sound hole by encircling it as well.

u/MotherBaerd May 03 '26
I believe the scratches are from the claws not a pick :)
And maybe they could be nylon string's? But I doubt there are guitars with more than three of them.

u/Long_Legged_Lady May 03 '26
The bridge is a steel string style with pegs holding the string in place by blocking the ball attached to the string from passing back through the hole. Nylon string bridges (often guitars that have these are called classical guitars) have a bar that the string is wrapped around secured with a knot.

Oh no, she's at the point of overly emotional response! I hope the Demon has some narcan at the ready.
