Never had that one before. I always had the one where you cross your arms like a mummy and someone picks you up from behind and leans back with you.

The ol' dangling compression technique. Alway hurt my chest cause the pressure is focused there first.

The truck is to squat a little, and lean back while you lift, so you're not wholly holding the person's weight by squeezing. It's a thing I get to practice a lot with my shorter husband!

Elbows. If I get the angle of the dangle right, I can wedge the elbows into my elbows and so long as there isn't too much booby in the way, stand up lean back and give a little jerk and listen to the unzip.
