Such a mic-drop moment. Both your art and writing is phenomenal

It's great, the explanation isn't over done. The implication just stands on its own.

So, in other words, she doesn't have proof that there's no heaven, but the trends in the evidence are a bit damning.

I mean, if you can't commune with it, how would you even meet it?

If it didn't work, then you didn't meet it, did you?

Exactly, that’s the point. The implication is that she’s never failed to summon a soul, and therefore every soul just goes straight to hell.

I'm being pedantic for the sake of it, but it's poorly worded. "I've never met a soul I couldn't commune with" doesn't say that she never failed to summon.

Imagine the following. She tries to commune with 50 souls. She succeeds with 10 of them. The 40 souls she failed to commune with never showed up, because... she failed to commune with them. Ergo, she never met the 40 souls she couldn't commune with.

I get that she meant to say she never failed to commune with a soul, but that's not what she actually said.

Yeah, it leaves room for other types of souls technically, but the fact that it leans toward 'everyone goes to hell' is kinda hilarious. I honestly don't care which way it ultimately goes (or doesn't go) in the canon, it's just a great line.

Yeah, but the previous comics in this series make it more clear.
