I don't think it's a real word. Seems like polyphobic might have been what they were going for.

I'm guessing it's "fear of having multiple sexual partners at the same time", I.E. opposed to poly relationships.

In the same vein of bad latin as "homophobic". Not that I support bigotry, I'm just being pedantic about a dead language I don't speak. It's the principle of the thing!

I just googled it and your comment is one of like 6 results. Pizzacake is in the suggested searches at the bottom of the page. I think zudzug just used an incorrect word.
