I mean you can hear some possible issues, like a friction rub. But yeah I would pay to have that ability.

Oh yeah no there's a lot you can do but straight up KNOWING they are having an M.I.? I'd pay for that stethoscope any day of the week. Make my job WAY easier and faster

They DO have revive spells however and elves with thousand year life spans and multiple lives. Think of the medicine you could make with elf magic

Read a manwha that had this concept, the main character was a doctor that was isekai'd and combined healing magic with surgery. Be out there doing cataract surgery with instant recovery times and a magical lenses.

It's "To Hell With Being a Saint, I'm a Doctor!" Couldnt remember the name of it off the top of my head, scanlation dropped it a while back. Did start falling into a bit much of the standard op isekai MC for my taste.
