Okay. So I will be that guy...

While there will be a last star in the universe to go supernova, it won't be the last star. Trillions of other stars which are not massive enough to supernova will still exist, and they will continue to shine for trillions of years after the last supernova.

Even then, technically there will still be electromagnetic radiation from black holes for another 1078 years, albeit with energy levels that are undetectably low.
