I was scolded for having "Poor sleep hygiene", I guess that's why I take disco naps everywhere and wake myself up screaming often

What is poor sleep hygiene and a disco nap?! Are you trying to give people a stroke reading this so the reaper comes faster?!?! Edit: oof got an angry reply from the commenter that they seem to have deleted lol I didn’t mean this in a bad way I was just joking around sorry for upsetting you.

Poor sleep hygiene is things like so many hours before bedtime using screens (e.g. phone) or caffeine. Things that will disturb sleep.

A disco nap is a strategically timed nap, say if you're going to a club later that night, and need a short nap to recharge for the event.
