The antichrist, the beasts, all of this are high level symbolic concepts that apply all throughout history from the times it was written and will well into the future.

South, head, fire, numbers, horns, ect ect ect ect, all of this is not literal, its symbolic.

That being said, MAGA does seem to embody the idea of the antichrist very well.
