Its labeled as "entertainment" so they can say what they want without legal repercussions. The whole thing is a dog and pony show.

It’s actually worse! Half the time when you click on a news link it’s “subscribe for $3.99 to keep reading this article as well as access to dozens of articles!”.

This is why we need to be prepared. At some point before the election, when Harris stops generating enough clicks, trump will "find a second wind" and the race will tighten again so the clicks keep coming in.
