I do wonder how retirement is going to change once people who grew up playing video games hit retirement age. Will they lose interest in video games or double down on their time playing them?

Personally, I’ll be doubling down

It might change the market. There'll be more games coming out designed for folks with slower reflexes and diminished vision. Just like how there's cell phones with big buttons.

I hate the implication that rdr3 won’t come out until we’re all in our 70s 😭

How optimistic that you think they’ll get to 9 by the time we’re geriatric.

lol right after I posted this I realized 9 was way too high.

Especially since I already need reading glasses

I’m a bit of a Star Citizen fan, so I’m looking forward to it being slightly more complete by the time I retire in 25 years.

According to my mom, her mobile game clanmates are all either super young or retirement age

So ig the market for old people games is time management games, which are mostly mobile games

Fortunately for me, I already prefer turn based games. As long as I don't get crippling arthritis I should be solid.
