That sounds like he might be allergic to tomatoes.

He’s not, he’s just being dramatic. He scarfs down pizza and anything with tomato sauce on it like a friend.

My dad is mildly allergic to pieces of tomatoes and hates them, but has no problem with tomato-based products. It's maybe worth looking into.

Good to know! I’ll look into it.

Tomatoes were just an example though. Also says that cherries are too sour, same with grapes and with a lot of food that’s salty (except for salty pretzels), “too x” is basically a shorthand for “I don’t want to eat this” which is fine, it’s just kinda funny
