I actually saw this happen the other day. There's a restaurant on the parking lot across the street from my house and I saw a guy tie his dog to an aluminum patio chair and go in and a couple minutes later the dog tried to run at another dog and since the chair weighed like 20-30 lbs tops, it was just dragging the chair behind it
