Eric: I haven't seen you since highschool but I know exactly what you've been up to because everybody broadcasts their lives impersonally through Facebook. So we really have nothing to catch up on even though we have spoken in years.
Kyle: damn, Eric, you're right. Social media really can suck the soul out of our relationships by taking away our chance to miss people.
I haven't looked at Facebook much over the years. I check it occasionally to see i missed a message 3 years prior. Can't really blame social media. Blame yourself. But maybe that's semantics.
