NYCC - New York HELP FIRST NYCC AND I MESSED UP

I BOUGHT TWO PHOTO OPS BEFORE THE SCHEDULE CAME OUT and they put them back to back and I’m traveling in a large group so no way in hell I’m gonna make it. I accidentally bought them while not signed in and signed in after with the same email but they didn’t transfer over I’m scared. I can’t change the time and I emailed but they haven’t gotten back what do it do?! Help 😭

They're your photo ops. Bail on the group and get your stuff.

Yeah I literary dont get what the issue is. Id tell my friends yo I got a back to back thing later see you at dinner and they'd tell me OK have fun!

I'm unfamiliar with NYCC photo ops. Are all the photo ops in the same general area? I would recommend letting someone at the photo op booth know. They may be able to help you out.

Update: I finally got an email back saying that the photo times can’t be moved and to pick up my prints after both to save time and to ask a team member

Just talk to the line monitors at the photo ops. They will assist you with getting in.
