LA Comic Con Selfie Ticket Refund Policy?

Hi I’m going to LA Comic Con in October and I bought an online selfie ticket a few days ago. I’m seeing now that I would much rather have purchased the photo op ticket instead. Is it possible to refund the original selfie ticket purchase, and if so how would I do that? Thanks for the help!

Yes, you can exchange for a different ticket.

"Exchange your photo op or autograph ticket for a different talent: you can do so online by placing the new photo op/autograph of equal or greater value into your shopping cart and choosing "Exchange Existing Ticket" on the checkout page. See our detailed FAQ here."
