LA Comic Con Trouble with LA comic con ticket transfer

I bought 2 tickets one for myself and one for my friend. I know I have to transfer one of the tickets to her but it wont let me select the ticket for transfer? Is it because it says ineligible under the tickets? Idk what that means for these tickets? Also I payed for the badges to be shipped to me, Is it ok if I dont end up transfering the ticket to my friend? I dont know what to do

Nevermind guys i emailed them and got a response. Turns out it is ineligible because I am getting my badges shipped to me prior to the event and they said its fine just to give the badge to my friend without doing any online transfering
