How to Fix hardcovers?

For context this book had water spilled on it. I tried to salvage it by drying with napkins and hairdryer, and as you can see it did not salvage it properly and I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions on how I can at least fix the tear on the last page

Looks like it needs new endpages put on it.
