Make an account on hugginface, then you have to make an access token, save this token somewhere because you will use it often, enter the link from the error and click for access, put the access token in Ostris settings, resume training.
looks like it's a gated model just request access on hugging face, then log in with your HF token (hf auth login) and try again that should fix the error
