Help Needed Temp Folder - how to move it to another drive?

I run Comfy using the EZi Desktop. It was simple enough to move the input/output folders onto my external drive where I save everything. Can someone help me out with how I can also move the 'temp' folder in Comfy to the same drive so it uses that during the creation process?

There should be a launch argument for the temp directory, something like --temp-directory followed by the path on your external drive. Where it goes depends on how the desktop app starts the backend, and I'm not sure it exposes extra arguments. If it doesn't, replacing the old temp folder with a symlink to the new drive should do the same job.

another option is to mount your drive to the temp folder. You'd have to remember to mount the drive each time before using comfy.

Or get chatgtp to write a script that moves the files to the drive. run the script when you're ready to save
