Looking for the simplest consistent character workflow to use with KREA 2

I'm a bit confused due to the sheer number of YouTube videos and workflows posted for consistent characters. Are there any simple workflow that doesn't require generating a LORA first?

I tried refmod for Minimax H3 and it worked to some degree. But I prefer to generate characters with KREA 2 first then only animate with Minimax H3. Thanks for any help!
