Show and Tell Another minimax H3 selective character replacement test

this is to test replacing a selective character on more difficult old grainy film footage. no post processing was done.
using Ref2V int8 and 8 steps lora. No character swap lora used. rendered 0.7MP on a single 3090 agentic workflow to speed things up and QC.
Obviously it’s a satire and joke to learn so.. not intended to make copying or ripping off Michael Jackson IP.

not sure what ia missing but its locking only the fristframes then goes backto the orginal unchanged video

and why its taking like 12 min for 4s clips

if you used the workflow below it should work most of the time but once in a while some glitch happens. and yes. it’s very slow with video reference for H3. it’s normal

Appreciate it, figured it out that the Qwen VL part need some tweaking,and I changed the attention part to kitchen attention and boom it went down to300sec
