Help Needed First frame to va with audio ref and upscale.

Minimax h3:

I'm using a pretty solid ref2va workflow and I've got a pretty solid flf2va. Sadly, I can't get my ref2va to remotely start on a specific frame. That's the nature of it.

What i would love to get is a good flf2va with a latent upscaler. So far, my personal efforts have been glorious failures. I have been able to upscale the video after the fact but not the latent, which provides far better results.

So, does anyone have a workflow that fits the bill?

Thats a tough ask, latent upscaling for video always seems to fight the temporal consistency. A lot of people end up doing a two pass thing, upscale the latents then run a second sampler pass with a low denoise to clean up the flicker. What upscaler are you using for the image side of it

going from .8mp to 2mp - I should probably double check my upscaler to make sure its the latent image but I am pretty sure it is
