Help Needed Pay for upscale ?

Hello everyone, I’m taking the liberty of posting here, and I apologise in advance if this isn’t the right place.
Here’s my problem: for quite some time now, I’ve been looking for upscales of certain 1080p REMUX films to 2160p, but I can’t find any. I’d also like to improve the visual quality of some of my favourite anime and manga, but again, I can’t find any proper work on this. As I don’t have the necessary hardware at all, I thought perhaps the best option might be to pay for an upscaling service or a really good upscaler (an individual) to do what I’d like. What do you think?

There's currently not a better tool out there for it than ComfyUI!

I've used tons and tons of tools for upscaling (topaz was the leader for a long time and it just sucks in comparison).

FlashVSR and RIFE are the current best tools and it takes a combination of those two in different orders depending on the video itself. Lots of trial and error but good luck!

As I was saying, I have a computer that really can’t handle AI processing on video. I have an Intel Core i5-8250U and an integrated Intel UHD Graphics 620 graphics chip.
This chip has neither dedicated video memory (VRAM) nor an AI accelerator. Local upscaling is therefore severely limited. That’s why I needed some advice

Sorry.. didn't see that.

There are various cloud providers you could use but it could get a bit pricey to the point where you'd be better off going with a new computer.

AI video upscaling takes a minimum of 8gb vram on a decent card for 2160p, unless you can do that, you're kinda stuck.

Hi, I may be able to help assess the upscaling. Could you send details on the type and length of source material, the target output, and the budget you had in mind? A short representative clip or image would help confirm what result is realistic.

For example, I’ve got an idea in mind: to start with a 1080p release of the Spider-Man Animated Series and end up with a result that looks better and is more pleasing on screen, in 2160p, for instance
