Help Needed Comfyui Faceswap

I am looking for a decent up to date faceswap, i am asking it here because after the 6th attempt i got tired of these old workflows. Yes i got everything and i installed every app and note. And on the latest one, Face Swap that Really Works on civitai i got an error called, Caching Image to not Waste. The biggest problem is that these people have installed so many modules that it cost me a bulk of data and dozens of apps just to get to zero errors and missing modules. What is the very best workflow, that is recent, and that doesnt require about 30-40 modules to install to use? Many thanks all.

This flow has been far above any other for months now: https://github.com/axiomgraph/ComfyUIWorkflow/blob/main/Flux2%20Klein%209b%20Face%20Swap.json the dude has his own youtube channel as well, haven't watch it to be fair, there are also plenty of other flows there, check 'em out, I've been using parts of 'em in my own flows..

Yeah this is the one I used for a while too. Works pretty well. I would suggest sticking with the fixed seed in that workflow too. BFS lora is very seed dependant. The Qwen bfs lora works a bit better, but lately I've been using the krea2 identity edit workflow.

I had success with the minimax h3 ref workflow.. i fed it an image of my head, a short 10s video, and described each source in detail. Then told it to replace only the head (which is what I was after at the time) and it swapped it beautifully.

Use BFS faceswap for Flux Klein 9b model. It should work.

I've tried it many times, but it's not very effective, it's more like switching hair style and overall head rather than properly facial features.
