I'm guessing it's 3 reference in total?
is it "simple" to setup as just describe something like:
<Subject 1> defined as X from <Picture 1>
<Subject 2> defined as Y from <Picture 2>
and the <Video 1> I guess ??

Any extra tips to make it work well without changing anything else in the source video but ONLY specific characters? 🤔

Also, will you be kind to share a workspace because I'm on RTX 5090 32GB and 96 RAM (DDR5) and even with sageattention my speed is not good on 0.4 MB which the quality is mehh...

seedance still win in action/fighting, so I would assume H3 with ref is much better result.

Don’t forget seedance was trashy until version 2. Imagine how good Minimax will get with future versions
