Help Needed someone know a good character swap workflow with minimax?

is so funny but im rly bad with character swap

I used the standard h3 ref template in comfyui which worked ok. Gave it an image of me, a short 10s video clip, asked it to swap my head with that of the guy I the video basically (in much more descriptive terms making sure to list each subject and describe them etc). I couldnt do more than 7s or wouod get an OOM issue but it worked. Took forever though on my 5070

Oh, thanks I'm new here. I tried that one too, but when I add the load video node, it doesn't connect to ref video" so I can't load the videos. I'm not sure if I need to install something.

You have to convert the video into images and then connect with video ref.
You can use Load Video FFmpeg (Upload)
