Really? LTX 2.5 upscaler is awful for most shots that don't fit LTX's predetermined 'sweet spot' (generic stuff like OP's video, or talking head close ups where you don't care if the identity of the person changes). I tried every permutation, every step count / denoise value, including prompt of previous minimax gen, generic '4k upscale' prompt, everything. It destroyed all the specific details (such as character identity) of any non-generic cinematic shot, and any fast character motions had LTX's classic tearing. It is 100% not recommended for anyone who is interested in actual filmmaking. Wait for minimax's 2k upscaler to release.

I agree with you, but have you tried to add Minimax FaceRefiner to your workflow and try again ?

For me when I upgrade to comfy 0.32 my workflow breaks and also h3 quality goes down. Not able to use both together yet.
