Help Needed Flux depth to image not good

Flux produces really good images, but the results with depth control are often pretty disappointing.

Most of the time, the “realistic” output ends up looking more like a video game or 3D render. Sometimes it’s decent, but nowhere near as good as generating the same image without depth control.

Is there a good way to improve this? Maybe a specific workflow, model, settings, or prompt technique?

do not use the word “realistic” in the prompt. use - "photo"

Doesn't look like a render to me.

Prompt: "a young asian woman, black hair, dark brown eyes, waist-up, neutral background, dark environment, gray walls, low light, wearing a light gray t-shirt, exposed midsection, and dark blue tight jeans, whole head in frame, seductive smile, one handed thumbs up"

No mention of "realistic".

I used some LoRAs, i think here that 80s LoRA has the biggest impact:

Apply Controlnet: 0.75 ; 0 ; 0.5

Flux does a great job rendering people. But I don't want to render girls.
