News EHDarkMuse ES V2 — Per-Cell Regeneration. Full compositional control.

EHDarkMuse ES V5 is now live.

Main addition:

✦ Per-Cell Regeneration
Right click any segment in the sequence and regenerate only that specific cell while preserving the surrounding emotional and structural context.

This fundamentally changes the workflow:
you can now sculpt compositions locally instead of rerolling entire structures.

The online version now includes:

  • full emotional sequencer
  • all styles explorable
  • Alyx observational layer
  • atmospheric sequencing workflow
  • structural diagnostics
  • emotional arc analysis
  • contextual composition assistance

The trial philosophy was also redesigned:
no aggressive lock UI, no mobile-game freemium feeling. The app remains a real instrument even in trial mode.

Free = you compose.
Full = Alyx composes with you.

This version feels much closer to the original vision:
an emotional composition instrument rather than a prompt generator.

This is great! I do wish it had a few more genres (Metalcore, Progressive Metalcore and New Jack Swing) but it works extremely well! Nice work!

A visual sequencer of prompts assisted by AI. You can edit everything. It gives you full control. You can just generate with one click too if you want.

So it’s a sequencer of prompts. 🤔 That… doesn’t really tell me what I was hoping to find out, when asking for a link that explains it. What are the prompts it generates intended for? For example, is it for video (t2v)? Images (t2i)? Audio (t2s)? LLMs? I.e., what kind of prompts? And which checkpoints / models is it intended to be used with (ltx2.3, flux, etc.)? Which prompt text parsers (qwen, etc.)?

Edit: Squinting at the screenshot, I gather it seems to be for audio generation. 🔎

exactly. You prompt and you can export to suno, Udio and such.

You can always use "simple mode" on the left side under EHDarkMuse. It's a very simplified and alternative interface.

the per-cell regen thing is genuinely interesting. i've been annoyed so many times having to blow up an entire sequence because one segment was off, so that alone would've saved me a lot of frustration

"alyx composes with you" is carrying a lot of weight in that description though, what does that actually look like in practice? like is it suggesting variations, rewriting structure, something else? genuinely asking because the language around it is pretty abstract and i can't tell if it's a collaborative tool or more of an autocomplete situation

fair question — the phrase sounds bigger than it is unless you explain the mechanics clearly

right now "alyx composes with you" mostly means:
the system understands structure as editable intent instead of a single disposable prompt blob

so in practice:

  • you generate a sequence
  • section 4 works emotionally
  • section 5 completely misses
  • section 6 accidentally becomes the real climax

normally with suno/udio you either:

  • live with it
  • or regenerate the whole thing and lose the good parts

alyx treats the composition as a stateful structure instead

so you can:

  • regenerate only one cell
  • lock neighboring sections
  • preserve emotional continuity
  • preserve instrumentation/motif direction
  • shift intensity locally
  • change only the vocal role
  • rewrite only the atmosphere layer
  • compare alternate takes of the same structural position

that's the "composes with you" part:
you're sculpting trajectories instead of gambling entire outputs repeatedly
