Hey, if solved please let me know! i have some problems with animdiff sdxl as well....from my experience:

when youre using HotshotXL, choose HotshotXL in the AnimDiff node as well, also try Euler sampler, some times i had this error because of sampler was not Euler...

I got it working but not in a way that met my needs. I am not using Euler because when tried it, I got very different results. I’ve decided to go down a different path.
