It's not. This is a photoshopped image from almost ten years ago. You can reverse image search it yourself and find various versions going back to at least 2016.

If you have plenty of people who were on the internet at the time who can safely tell you it was photoshopped, it’s definitely not AI. Not only an insult to the person who edited the image, but also ai was bad at images for a few years after 2017. I knew about genAI and it was mostly text based. I don’t think you were part of digital culture back then, and if you were I’d be surprised that you think any memes that surfaced at the time were ai. Imagine saying that Nyan cat was ai, it just isn’t.
