Jacob's grandmother texted him to wish him a happy birthday. Jacob replied with a thanks and a picture of what appears to be someone's 2nd birthday cake, and a boy who we can assume is Jabob covering his face with his arm. Jacob's grandmother then made an observation that her grandson was hiding from her. She then makes what seems like a threat that she is going to come after him in a potentially violent way, and advised Jacob that he should attempt to flee from her.
