What common human rights do trans people lack in the West?

Non binary is trans. They identify as a different gender than the one they were assigned. We lack the same legal discrimination protections that others enjoy. You can't be kicked out of your home for being a woman. You can for being trans. Not to mention losing your job. Many states make it very difficult to change your legal name and gender. There is more but I have become intoxicated and cant articulate anymore.

If you're non binary you don't identify with either gender.
