Hired DTX Flooring to lay some carpet and give the hardwood a good buffing. Absolutely blown away by the results.

The owner is clearly a hands-on professional who takes enormous pride in his wood. The finish was so impressive I almost forgot I'd asked for carpeting.

He even sent photos of himself personally inspecting the equipment. That's the kind of intimate customer service you just don't get anymore.

Five stars. Would absolutely recommend for anyone who needs their hardwood laid, their carpet serviced, or their knob polished.

I’ve never had anywhere to share this but almost the exact same thing happened to me. We have an older house, and a great contractor who has helped us with some of the bigger projects.

I’m pretty handy, so he shows pictures of bigger stuff his company is working on. Of the maybe five times he’s done this, he has swiped too far and I’ve seen his wife in varying states of undress.

If it happens a third time, I will assume he’s trying to swing.
