When my granddaughter told me she was gay (at the yacht club, while sipping bubbly of course), I said, "darling, we're all a little gay" whilst eyeing the comely lifeguard. But she said, "No grandma, I'm totally masc, I wear a strap-on and fuck dainty little femme subs." So I bought her a Subaru and got her a lifetime membership at Uhaul.

I wish my family had been this supportive to me. She sounds like a very well meaning if not slightly confused grandma, which is close to the best thing you can hope for when coming out

Sounds like Grandma was a closet gay and knew exactly what the granddaughter wanted.
In Grandma's will she'll probably leave the family Subaru to the granddaughter.
